Arch Ecker
In September of 2022, the CMF Music family lost one of our dear friends, Archer. A native of Los Angeles, California, Arch made his living as a Junior Hockey Play-By-Play Announcer in Butte, MT, Topeka, KS, and Wenatchee, WA. He was a founding member of Topeka's Double Down Dueling Pianos, and could often be seen playing bass and keyboards for various bands, most recently as a member No Promises out of Wenatchee, WA.
After complications from a horrific vehicle crash returning from Seattle last year, Arch was on the road to recovery, but sadly fell short of his goal and passed away from cardiac arrest after his final reconstructive surgery on September 13th, 2022, shortly following the one-year mark of his accident.
He was a fierce friend and one of the best of us. He will be severely missed by all who knew him, but he holds a special place in our hearts around here. CMF Music is proud to dedicate this website in his memory and will continue to support the programs he was so passionate about. We are honored to have known him and are grateful to have shared the stage with him over the years. "To be Faaaaaiiiir..." it was a great life. Rest well, Archman. We will miss you.
